Cut it Out!! (2S4Y & Cricut Message Board Challenges)

I made this for my cousin's birthday... Who is a hair dresser so I thought this card would be fitting.. The sketch I used is from 2S4Y. Then on the Cricut Message Board Carla posted a challenge to dust off one of the carts you hardly ever use and make a card with it... This what I came up with using my Locker Talk cart.. The other supplies I used were Pooh Font cart, a brad, ribbon, stickles, 1' circle punch, leopard print paper, purple pattern paper, black and gray card stock, & a sewing machine ..
