Adding Bling by using Crystal Lacquer and Clear Glitter (video #3)

    Where do you get crystal lacquer? Is that what it is called?

    I got mine at my local scrap book store, but I think Michaels/Hobby Lobby has some stuff called Glossy Accents.. I'm pretty sure it is about the same or you can find it at some online scrapbook stores..
