Sweet Easter Banner, Plus "Hanging with me Peeps" Challenge Winner!!

Hello all my fabulous crafty friends... Well, I have one last Peep-alicious project I would like to share with you, but before I show you my project...     Hello Amanda. I love your banner. I have not seen one like this yet, I have only seen the ones that are actual tags cut and then decoration layered on top. So this is super creative.
