You can't have a Rainbow without any rain..

Hi there all my crafty friends, I know it's been a while since I posted anything.. It you all didn't know I live in Moore, Oklahoma where the big tornado torn through our town.. So, thing have been very crazy around here.. I do have to say that I am so very bless to still have a home and my family are safe.. Yet, sadly a lot of my neighbors weren't as fortunate.. Every day when I drive out of my neighborhood it's a gut wrenching, heartbreaking constant reminder of how close I was to losing everything. I have really been trying to regain some normalcy amongst all the devastation that surrounds us and it is a daily struggle.. Yet, I know that our town will be back and better than ever.. All I can do is try my best everyday to carry on and be thankful for amazing people and everything I do have in my life..

Okay, now let me get to some fun stuff.. I created this card using the sketch at the Peachy Keen Stamp Challenge Blog ... I really love how this card turned out and I thought the up lifting sentiment was a prefect fit..

Supplies I used:
*Crafty Sprouts Stamps (no longer available)
*Ink
* Circle Punch
*Royal Jewels (Royal Castle Shoppe )
*Ditto Dots Washi Tape by Doodlebug  (Paper Issues )
*Lemondrop Twine ( The Twinery

Super cute card! I sent you a note on FB... and didn't hear from you... so was wondering if you were right in the thick of it all. Oh gosh. So sorry, but do glad your family is ok. Such an unbelievable thing to experience. We fortunately don't have to worry too much about it where I live... but EARTHQUAKES is a BIG thing to worry about here. So I thank my lucky stars every day that one does not happen. good to see you are here, alive and well. :)
