Hogs & Birthday Wishes






This is a card I made for my God-daughter's birthday.. I got this cute pig digi from Dawn over at Lost in Paper. Here is her site http://lostinpaperscraps.blogspot.com/ you should check her out she has lots of adorable digi's...The ovals and circles(on the side of the card)were cut from the Plantin Schoolbook cart , and the party hat is from Doodle Charms.. I embossed the circles with the Polka Dots QuicKutz folder, colored the circles w/a white marker, and add stickles.. Next, I added some stickles to the piggies nose, 2 flowers in the grass,and a rhinestone to the top of the party hat.. The sentiment was computer generated.. I entered a few challenges with this card.. Here they are:

Sweet Wishes Birthday Cake






This is a birthday card I created for my God-mother.. I welded 2 of the cake on a stand from the "From My Kitchen" cart together in design studio.. I cut the cake and layers out as while.. Finished it up with some rhinestones, ribbon, a rhinestone brad, inking, and a hand cut sign.. The sentiment is a My Pink Stamper stamp.. I entered it in a color challenge over at the new challenge blog "Picture Perfect Creations".. let me know what you think :0)

Wishing you a Wonderland of a Birthday






Hello everyone, it's been a while since I've posted.. I've been on vacation,but I am back and ready to get some crafting done.. Well, my first project is a birthday card inspired by the challenge over at Sassy Studio Designs, but it also fell under some categories on a few other challenge blogs..

The Had Hatter, trees and cat were cut from SCAL.. The Alice and Rabbit digi stamps are from Sassy Studio Designs.. The mushroom digi is from Stretch 'N Bubbles..I colored all the stamps with chalk and color pencils... The flowers are made from crepe paper streamer.. Them I inks the whole card with brown ink..

Blooming Birthday Wishes (Practical Scrappers Design Team Project)




This week at Practical Scrappers is Stamps! You can use any kind of stamp - digi, rubber, acrylic, foam - we want to see all of them! This week there will be a top three and a Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize winner will receive bonding powder and a Stampee foil of their choice. So check out Practical Scrappers to find out what Stampee foil is..
This is my stamping project.. I bought some digi stamps from Polly Crafts, colored them, and cut them out with an x-acto knife... I placed them on a stair step card.. The dirt and garden sign were cut from Paper Doll Dress Up... Let me know what you think.. :0)

This is my design team project for Practical Scrappers.. The challenge is to use brads on your card, layout, or altered projects.. I used silver brads to put the finishing touch on the sentiment and the diamond plate trim which I made using a Dr. Pepper can.. Charge It!!! (Practical Scrappers Die Cut Challenge & Crafty Creations Challenge)




I made this birthday card for my cousin.. She's a young pre-teen so I thought a shopping card would be fitting.. I used my Cricut to cut the credit card so I can use it for the Practical Scrappers die cut challenge.. I also entered it in the celebration challenge over at Crafty Creations Challenge... Froggie Kisses (pop-up card)

Love U W/ Cherrys On Top( Dare to Be Sassy Thursday Challenge, Cupcake Craft Challenge & 2S4U Bonus Sketch)




Here is another awesome digital stamp from Sassy Design Studio.. I used the stamp to make a birthday card for my aunt.. They are also having a challenge over at Sassy Designs Studio the challenge is to incorporate a piece of chipboard on a card.. So my blinged out cherry's are chip board that I cut using the From My Kitchen cart.. I also entered this card in the Going Girly challenge over a Cupcake Craft Challenge, and it is my take on the bonus sketch over at 2S4U.. Cut it Out!! (2S4Y & Cricut Message Board Challenges)




I made this for my cousin's birthday... Who is a hair dresser so I thought this card would be fitting.. The sketch I used is from 2S4Y. Then on the Cricut Message Board Carla posted a challenge to dust off one of the carts you hardly ever use and make a card with it... This what I came up with using my Locker Talk cart.. The other supplies I used were Pooh Font cart, a brad, ribbon, stickles, 1' circle punch, leopard print paper, purple pattern paper, black and gray card stock, & a sewing machine .. 25th Birthday (2S4Y and My Pink Stamper Challenge




I made this card for my little brother who is turning 25 this week... So now I'm feeling really old... :0P The sketch I used is from 2S4Y ( these ladies have great sketches) and My Pink Stamper is having a challenge to make a card using your scraps... I used the following supplies: a scrap piece of pattern paper, scrap pieces of green, black, & white card stock, a cupcake stamp, cuts off of "From My Kitchen" cart, Tiny Mosaic cuttlebug folder, green, black, & silver markers, chalk pencils, black ink, green ink, stickles, and a sewing machine..
