Sorry that I am posting this so late.. I just got home from the hospital.. My mother has been very sick so I have been spending a lot of time with my family the past few days..Well, on to some cheerer news.. The challenge this week at Practical Scrappers this week is pattern paper.. The Grand Prize for this week is your choice of three digis from Wink Wink Ink. So, I hope you will stop by and join in on all the fun..
On to my card, I created this card for my in-laws a anniversary... To create the cupcake card I used my Design Studio and the cart Doodlecharms.. The cute bear digis are my own and you are welcome to snag them if you would like.. Yet, if you do I would love to see what you create with them and please give my credit for my work.. I used a scalloped border punch and a paper crimper to create a decorative band around the bottom of the cupcake.. I also used a paper crimper on the bottom half of the cupcake to give it a wrapper effect.. The sentiment is a stamp that I heat embossed.. I finished the card with a lot of inking, a button and some twine..
