Birthday Wishes Package Card

Well, I'm back with another birthday card for you... I really kept this on simple I hope you like it:0)

Just another reminder that my Merry Martha Giveaway tomorrow!!!

So to create my simply sweet package card, I used my Imagine and

{card size 4 3/4' x 4 3/4'}

Imagine:
*Marquees 1 1/2' and 1 3/4' ( shapes that come on the Imagine)

Paper:
*Yellow Polka Dot Paper (Crate Paper)
*Card Stock (white & black)

Stamp:
*Chelsea Sentiments(Inkadinkado)

Other Supplies:
*Black ink
*Black & White floral ribbon
*Black Ribbed ribbon
*Rhinestones
