Fun Fold Fall Card

Hello my crafty friends, no I didn't fall off the face of the earth although it feels like I have, lol.. It has just been such a busy few months around my house and I just haven't had much time to get on the computer..  I am so glad that I did have a little time today to share with you all a fun fall card I created..

* "the sweetest thing" Label Stickers (My Mind's Eye)
*Small Leaf Punch
*Ink
*Black Marker
*White Pen
*Copper Brads
*Button 
*Twine
