Puppy w/ cupcakes (cupcake craft challenges & The Pink Elephant Challenge)

I just loved this Dustin Pike digi... I knew as soon as I saw it that I was going to make a Valentine with it.. I altered the digi by removing the pumpkins and replacing them with some cupcakes.. The heart background was cut from Plantin SchoolBook and the grass is from Zooballoo... I also entered this card in the four legged and furry challenge over at Cupcake Craft Challenges and the Mushy Gushy Valentine challenge at The Pink Elephant... Let me know what you think.. :0)

Swinging in the Cold (SOUS)

Well, it's Friday again and SOUS has another awesome sketch up.. So, I was inspired to make a page right away... The page is of my daughter swinging like a big girl on a fairly warm winter day .. The snow flakes are from Speaking of Winter.. The circle and cold are both cut from Graphically Speaking... The rest of the title was designed in SCAL.. The mittens and hats are from Everyday Paper dolls.. I also used d'vine swirls and snowflakes cuttlebug folders to emboss the mittens, hats, and cold.. Let me know what you think.. :0)

Well, this week is my first week as a design team member for Practical Scrappers.. So, I figured what better way to celebrate then to give-away some BLOG CANDY!!! YEAH!!!
