Hope You Have a Bomb Pop of a Day

Okay, I guess I have bomb pop's on the brain.. Maybe, I need to stop the ice cream man and buy myself one :0) Well, this is my son and daughter's 4th of July cards to their grandparents..

To create this card, I painted my kiddos feet with red, white, blue acrylic paint.. When they were dry I cut them out and glued popsicle sticks on to the backs of them.. I embossed the background paper with my Script Cuttlebug embossing folder... The sentiment was created on my computer.. To finish this card off, I did some tearing, inking (yellow & gold), used some decorative scissors, stickles, and a blue marker..

Let me know what you think:0)

What a clever, cute idea! I'm totally going to steal that idea for my 4th of July scrapbooking.:)

OMG, TOOOO CUTE!!!! You're sooo creative with the foot and hand prints. Hope you date the cards so they can look back and see how they've grown. Pretty soon you're gonna have some big honking cards, though. LOL xxD

What an adorable card this is. Love how you tore the paper and the embossing. This is going to be one of those "cherish" cards that you will keep forever! There is a company that comes to your home and does custom pictures/images with your childrens hand and foot prints (out of Calif. and charge a small fortune for them LOL) Just like a tupperware party plan and all over the USA. I think yours is cuter! TFS
